Our Melting Pot workshops offer arts, crafts and creative workshops from our Lowestoft seafront home.
Starting from January 2025, these relaxed sessions are open for anyone interested in trying something new - no experience needed!

£20 per person.
Join talented local artist Molly for a 2 hour Macrame Workshop.
Under her expert guidance, you’ll create a beautiful Macrame wall hanging to take home.

25 January, 11am - 1pm.
£5 per person.
Join this beginners' workshop, where Mana Art will guide you step by step in creating your first piece of lino-printed artwork.

Zip Pouch Sewing Workshop

Vintage Spring Time Sewing Workshop

Sculpting in Clay Taster Session

Learn the basics of sculpting in clay!
This enjoyable, informal session is open to beginners and more experienced alike. It is a lovely way to get an introduction to sculpture or to refine the skills you already have.

Tetra-Pak Printing Workshop
18 March, 11am - 1pm
£5 per person
In this workshop, you will learn how to make printing blocks, engrave your design, then apply ink and print using a press.
The unique nature of the deconstructed packaging with its folds and creases can be incorporated into a design or separate motifs can be cut out of individual flat areas.
