First Light Fridays

Come along and join our making sessions at East Point Pavilion.

Our parade theme for 2025 is all about celebrating the salty brine right here in Lowestoft. We will be visiting local schools looking at the Five Layers of the Sea and we’d love to see you at our community open events - First Light Fridays - where you can create a sea creature to use in our opening parade.

We’ll be making octopus, jelly fish hats, and fishy masks to wear in the parade.

Join the parade! Come at 11am to East Point Pavilion on 21 June and and tag along - Dress to impress!

First Light Friday sessions take place on:

21 Feb 1pm - 3pm

11 April 1pm - 3pm

16 May 11am - 2pm

30 May 1pm - 3pm

And a bonus session on

Saturday 7 June 1pm - 3pm
